Privacy Policy
Lil Nauti ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or book a stay with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Booking details — your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests, and any requests or notes you send us.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of the card; we never store full card numbers.
- Messages — the content of emails, texts, and messages you exchange with us about your stay.
- Site usage — pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and referring links.
How we use your information
- To confirm, manage, and service your reservation.
- To send you arrival instructions, receipts, and stay-related updates.
- To answer your questions and provide support before, during, and after your stay.
- To meet legal, tax, insurance, and local registration obligations.
- To protect against fraud, damage, and misuse of the property.
- To improve this site and our guest experience.
Marketing
We send promotional messages only if you ask us to. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out never affects messages about a reservation you have already made.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to remember your preferences, and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may stop working if you do.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the parties that help us run our business:
- Payment processors, to charge and refund you.
- Booking, channel, and property-management platforms we use to manage reservations.
- Cleaning, maintenance, and guest-service vendors, limited to what they need to do their job.
- Professional advisors, insurers, and authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them to service your stay and to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal retention requirements. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.
Security

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
